We had a pleasant stay of five nights.
besides, the location was good for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a concrete stadium. it was also just next door to centre and lovely gardens. the breakfast was rich, had a wide range of food.

Conveniently located just outside the busy city center. Offers proximity to a beautiful garden, a hill with a great view of downtown, and the heart of the area. 🌿

The first night they gave us the wrong room but without any problem they changed us the next morning. The view of the room was incredible, the rooms are big and comfortable, and so are the bathrooms. The staff is extremely friendly and they are very accessible (at the hotel). The hotel facilities are huge, you can see all the maintenance they give you and it is very clean. If you don't have a car, they offer free transportation to the center every hour of the day. I loved it and would come back a thousand times more.
I think they should improve the air conditioning units, they are old and in our stay they had problems every day, weather was very hot so the air conditioning was important. staff of the restaurant is very bad with the exception of one waiter, all the times we ate there the waiters attend you very reluctantly, in one of the occasions the waiter left me talking before allowing me to finish the order. food is good value and good, attention is very bad.

hotel is very nice and transportation to the center super comfortable.
We traveled with twins still in arms, their nipples still need to be sterilized, we mentioned at the check in if we could use our sterilizer in their microwave (it takes 7 minutes) and they told us that there would be no problem, that we should ask the captain of waiters of the restaurant, up to this point everyone was very nice, however the captain of waiters was rude, he did it reluctantly and asked categorically if "we would ask for it every time, because they are not allowed to do it because it stops them a lot in the operation of the restaurant". Obviously, we didn't do it again and in the downtown restaurants they were helping us without any problem, even in a Vips they were much nicer and did it without any problem. All the staff were very kind, but this detail did seem quite bad to us, since we will always travel with our babies and these service and attention details are vital in our situation.

I truly enjoyed this grand old and luxurious accommodation. the staff, from the bus driver to the receptionist, were caring. - the pool was very clean. - the breakfasts were rich and great, with live music.

It is super well located, view is spectacular from any point of the hotel. gardens are very well cared for and pool is incredible. transportation that the hotel offers to guests to the city center at various times is great.
I found the food in the a la carte restaurant very expensive in terms of portions and food quality. We ordered the Oaxacan comal which was a dish for one person, priced as if three people could eat from it. breakfast buffet costs $240 and has little variety of dishes, nothing spectacular. children's buffet costs $120 and they charge the same if the child eats two slices of watermelon as if he or she were eating main dishes. little judgment in the matter of what children eat. Oaxacan gastronomy is world class and what the hotel offers is not worth it at all. You eat much better in many places in the city than in the hotel. What I thought was IMPERDONABLE and what will make me not stay in this hotel again is that THEY ICE! Never, anywhere in the world have I paid to consume ice. 25 pesos a small bucket of ice! equivalent of 1 euro. It left a terrible impression on me. staff's attention is super kind and they attend to things right away, except for the cleaning of the room which they did until the afternoon, even though we left the room early and one day we asked for room service and tray remained outside the room until the next night at our door, also made a bad impression.

the swimming pool does not have a big space where catch the sun; the beds on the room not very big; the restaurant makes very good meals but with a small variety of choice

The location is in a great area with stunning surroundings and there are shops and the main shopping center nearby. We even had the option to grab a drink at Tomas Inn, which is just 2 km away.

Good budget hotel.
Really had pleasant stay of five nights. The hotel with a decent size rooms, in a tourist area, at the top of the hill. Good location within a close distance from a concrete stadium. A lot of outstanding food at breakfast time.
